They surveyed and suggested how they would fix. While they did the work, they were very informative and responsive to my questions. They cleaned up the area quite nicely and it was a good experience. The work is of good quality and they used excellent materials. I would use them again.

It went great; came when they said they would; made the repairs, were neat and cleaned up well. No more water coming in our porch. Fair price for the work. This is the 3rd time we’ve hired North Shore Roofing and will definitely call them first whenever we need a roofer.

It went excellent. Peter Miller owns the company and he’s extremely friendly and professional. He responded to my initial inquiry quickly and he came to my house within a few days to give me an estimate. Once I accepted the estimate, he and his team were on site within two weeks to do the work. While doing the work, Peter and his team were very professional and friendly. They did excellent work and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. The job proved to be a little more difficult than Peter planned as once they took the old shingles off the roof, there was some wood rot underneath. Peter ripped out the rotted wood, replaced with new wood and then shingled. While it longer to do and probably cost him more than expected, he didn’t change the price he quoted me and was dedicated to doing the job right. The final product looks excellent, even my neighbors commented how good the new roof looks.

We lost a few shingles in the big storm last week, then spotted a leak in our living room ceiling last night. I called April at Northshore Roofing, she got right back to me and Peter was at my door this morning! He not only sourced my impossible to find shingles (again), he had the guys stop by this afternoon and fix it up for me! This is the second time they’ve helped us out quickly and efficiently. Thanks sooo much guys, we really appreciate it!

Things went very smooth. It was a small job and they were in and out in 1 day. Roof was repaired after they removed a leaking skylight. They matched the shingles best they could and it looks great. Would use them again for sure.

We’d been looking for someone to do the work for a while, and it finally occurred to me to reach out to roofing companies. I called NS Roofing Monday morning and April took my call. She was very pleasant and professional and told me Peter would get back to me when he came back to the office. Thirty minutes later, she called to say he was still out and about and asked if he could drop by and take a quick look at my project that afternoon. I can honestly say that it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a contractor. Peter and the crew were cheerful, polite and pleasant to be around. When we need a new roof, it’s a no brainer. We will definitely use North Shore Roofing!

April answered my calls and was always really responsive and polite. Peter came on site and offered solutions to problems and took care of the work. They were both really nice and helpful. I was really happy with North Shore Roofing and will definitely use them again.
